Once you upload a photo, an editing option will appear on the thumbnail. Click it, and the lightbox version of Feather will appear, taking you away from the screen to focus on one thing - bettering the product photo to maximize sales!

Clicking save will update the photo you uploaded. That was easy!

Edit Your Facebook Photos with Aviary and Pixable

Pixable has enabled over a million users to manage their online photos with a variety of features that are centered around photo search, aggregation, editing, and photo-product creation. When Pixable first launched, they allowed users to create and print photo books from within their Facebook, but since then, the company has grown to offer an assortment of tools including mosaics, digital videos, and a powerful Facebook app (imagine your news feed on steroids), entitled Photofeed. Now you can finally get your daily dose of Facebook gossip, find out what you did in last night's party photos, or view your cousin's newborn child, while having the ability to edit and add fun effects to any of their images! Basic tools include quick-edits like rotate, crop, blur, brightness, etc, to more advanced filters like retro, toy camera, 1st camera, and more.

Launch http://apps.facebook.com/pixable/ to get started.

Zoomin Adds Filter Effects to Their Facebook App

Getting started with Zoomin Postcards is easy. Visit Facebook.com/Zoomin and 'like' their page. Then click on Zoomin Postcards in the sidebar, located on the left-hand side (or you can just go straight to apps.facebook.com/zoominpostcard).

Select your favorite Facebook photos and albums, and choose up to 3 photos...

Then customize your postcard! You can choose from 4 different filter effects, located underneath the photo.

Flip the photo over to add a message and address, and you're good to go!

Aviary X New Boyz

Since we're constantly trying to stay as hip as possible, (and we'd like to think we're doing well so far!), it simply makes sense to team up with The New Boyz, to help them promote their upcoming album, "Too Cool to Care", which will be dropping in stores May 17th.

The New Boyz are an American hip-hop/rap crew from California, famous for their viral hit, "You're a Jerk". The song made it to the top thirty of Billboard's Hot 100, and is recognized as the first song to bring the jerkin' style to the public.

No Ad New York: Making an Ad-less Times Square a Virtual Reality

So what's No Ad: New York?

It's an amazing/awesome initiative to digitally remove all visual advertising from New York City's Times Square. Founder (and well-known director) Morgan Spurlock was inspired by the city of Sao Paulo, which has banned outdoor ads since 2007, when they were declared a form of visual pollution. The question is, could an ad-free environment like that ever be possible in the US?

We think it could. Using the entire Internet community as a helping hand, No Ad:NY hopes to prove that by digitally stripping down every ad, we could turn what seems impossible into a visual reality.

Once users select a frame to manipulate, our image editor instantly loads. Useful building textures to replace the ads have been added to simplify your process. To access them, click on File>Import File and choose the NO AD NY tab to view a variety of ad replacements.
